In II quarter average price of apartments in the country decreased by 0,3% relative to the same period last year. At the same time in Prague, prices have risen by 0,3%, in other regions - have declined by 1,1%, informs portal Property-info.cz, citing data from the Czech Statistical Office. According to calculations by King Sturge, over the past six months, the cost of Czech apartments in the primary market increased by 0,5% in the secondary - has dropped by 2,6%. Prices for primary and secondary flats in Prague fell by 1% and 1.7% respectively. Experts do not expect significant fluctuations in the value of apartments in the Czech Republic during the II semester.
