Free apartments - whom?

Get a free apartment from the state can be for several reasons:

There are other reasons include unsuitable premises for habitation, they are all listed in detail in the Ordinance with the number 47. Residents of such facilities should get an apartment out of turn, but that does not mean "immediately". But the new contenders for Money for an apartment must be approached in several ways:
1. The total area of their apartment should not exceed 10 sq.m. per person (for communal - 15kv.m.)
2. Lodging Department must recognize their low-income families
3. For Muscovites there is one rule - they must have lived in Moscow for the legitimate (ie, with the Moscow registration) not less than 10 years.

The apartment can be both municipal and privatized. It can live not only members of one family. However, to prescribe to attract new tenants to get these same 10 squares per person will not work. Passport tables will register a new man in the apartment, only if it does not violate standards - 18 sq.m. on the tenant. This does not apply to minor children - they are prescribed to one parent, regardless of this criterion.

Furthermore, one should bear in mind that in addition to footage, recorded total income of the family, and the more the apartment tenants, the higher the income. So, whom our country recognizes the poor? Everything is easy, and each case is considered individually. The formula is: total value of assets + total family income of all family members for a maximum waiting time for an apartment - a living wage = apartment. If the amount received should not be potentially enough for a new apartment on the rate of provision (18 sq.m. per person) or a mortgage, a family record in the poor.

The average cost of living in Moscow in the first quarter of 2007 is set at 5609 rubles. In 2010, city officials promised to raise it up to 7586 rubles. When deciding on the statement in the apartments of all take into account the following income:
The salaries of all places of work;
pension, financial assistance, unemployment benefits and severance payments;
income from the rental of apartments, garages and other immovable property, as well as transport and mechanical appliances;
proceeds from the sale of products with Croft;

Also take into account the value of property owned by the family or its individual members:

antiques and art, jewelry, household products made of precious metals and stones and scrap of such products;
units in the housing and construction, garage building and country-building societies, deposits in banks and other lending institutions;
