In the II quarter of the average cost of privately owned housing on the secondary market increased by 1,1% on the previous quarter. In annual terms, growth was 0.7%, according to a report of the Association of Germanic mortgage banks. From I to II quarter of residential single-family homes grew by 1,1%, while the apartments have fallen in price by 0,6%. In the short term, the Association experts expect a moderate increase in the cost of the secondary real estate in Germany. In their view, this will result in steady demand and a favorable macroeconomic indicators. Recall that in I quarter, prices for secondary housing in the country decreased by 0,9% in quarterly terms, and on 1,5% - in annualized.
