The price index for commercial facilities in the country rose in June at 0.5% relative to May. June was the 11th month of continuous improvement in the value of British commercial property, but the pace of this growth slowing. So far, prices have returned to the level of December 2008. Rental rates for office, retail and industrial facilities in the country also increased - by 0.6% on a monthly basis, Reuters reported, citing data from research company IPD. Earlier, the price index for commercial property in the UK is published by CB Richard Ellis. According to its statistics, the cost of facilities has grown in June at 0.6%. However analysts have noted a decrease in investment activity, which could lead to a reduction in prices.
