But there is one nuance. The land market is dominated by speculative sentiment, and this means that any sales transactions today are only "pyramidal mediation" in nature. End users of land, whether farmers or developers, at best, becoming the tenth link in the chain of resale, and hence their reluctance to participate in such schemes, and many times they need to pay more for goods that the sellers believe is sacred "national treasure".

In recent years, land has become a lucrative speculative asset. It defines and the players on this market. Unfortunately, the land market latent and non-dynamic, which requires significant investment and at the same time does not give confidence in a quick sale of existing assets.

Nevertheless, the influence of media on public opinion today is strong enough, so the concept of "land - the national wealth" is firmly seated in the minds of Ukrainians. Everyone around knows that investing in the land of the money advantage, but the question of how land can yield a profit or return on investment should be crocked standard answer: "Earth then you can sell more!"
