In I quarter the number of commissioned housing units decreased by 26.3% relative to the same period last year. The number and total area of residential facilities for which construction permits were issued, decreased by 29,9% and 27,8% respectively, according to a report of the Hungarian Statistical Office. Recall that in 2009 the number of projects constructed residential real estate in Hungary fell by 11%, while the number of permits issued in this segment - at 35%.
