In the II quarter of the price index for housing in the country dropped to 0.9% on the previous quarter. The most significant decrease recorded in the regions of Navarra, the Canary Islands and Cantabria, reports RTTNews citing data from the Ministry of Housing of Spain. Compared with the II quarter of 2009 cost the Spanish housing was lower by 3,6%. More significant of all was a decrease in the Canary Islands, Valencia and Aragon. At the same time in Asturias, Galicia, Castilla - La Mancha, Extremadura and Cantabria housing has risen in price in relation to the II quarter of last year. Recall that in I quarter of the cost of residential property in Spain fell by 1,2% on the previous quarter.
