What the consumer wants?

Proposals on the southern and southeastern areas are very small.

42% of customers prefer to buy a suburban housing at a distance of 20-30 km from Moscow. More precisely, it is precisely this distance they can afford on their financial capacity: in this sector are more choices and reasonable prices compared to the immediate suburbs. But in the price segment there is a glaring discrepancy between supply and demand. Most buyers are willing to spend to buy a country house about 200-400 thousand dollars (one third). 25% counted on 400-600 thousand dollars. 12% wanted to could find something cheaper than 200 thousand dollars. Others are willing to spend more (600-800 or 800 thousand dollars, respectively, 13 and 11 per cent). If you judge a proposal for cost objects, the picture is quite different: 45% of the offerings on the market - at a price of 800 thousand dollars, and in the most popular category of 200 to 300 thousand dollars a clear lack of supply. Something to think about to developers of cottage settlements.
