The number of housing units, whose construction was started in March increased by 146% from the previous month. According to March of last year this figure rose to 44,2%, according to a report of the Central Bureau of Statistics of Poland. The number of permits issued for housing increased a monthly basis, but decreased in the annual. Number of newly built housing units has grown both in relation to February (21.9%), and in comparison with last March (26.3%). Recall that in February at the residential market in Poland building indicators showed mixed trends.
