In March, the number of transactions in real estate increased by 30% relative to February. For the last month the Estonian Land Office register 755 real estate deals in Tallinn. This is 41% more than in March 2008. The number of apartments sold increased by 27% on a monthly basis and by 63% - in annualized. As realtors say, these growth rates correspond to the period of boom in real estate market, reports The Baltic Course. According to official statistics, prices of apartments in Tallinn declined in March to 2.3%. Recall that, according to the portal for real estate city24.ee, Tallinn apartments have risen in price from January to March by 0,4%.
