In May the average value of residential real estate in the country decreased by 0,4% on the previous month.
Compared with May 2009 this figure dropped to 5%, according to real estate portal CentarNekretnina.net. In the capital, Zagreb, the cost per square meter ranged from € 1,3-1,6 thousand on the outskirts of the city to € 1,9-2,6 thousand in the central regions.
