Sales of private homes in February fell by 4.7%, apartments - on 9,4%. Sales of private homes grew only in Victoria. According to experts of the Association, the February decline in sales volumes calls into question the sustainability of recovery housing market in the country. In addition, they believe that the shortage of land plots for construction of new housing could lead to an outflow of buyers in the secondary market.
