If you present it as a sign of prosperity of the company (and therefore its employees), in the minds of workers lined up a logical chain: we are moving to a larger (read: best) office - the company is successful - working in it, I have a stable salary above average, and chances for continued career growth. Instead of panic among the staff we have communion with corporate values and a sense of belonging to its prosperity. But such a psychological climate will help staff to move the complexity associated with the move, almost painlessly.

It sometimes happens that the move by the need to change the location of the office for reasons of prestige - it is also positive. Needless to say, the role of the right place for business. More advantageous position necessarily entail increasing number of clients and profits, which can not affect the income of employees in professional organizations.
