In I quarter 2010 value of residential real estate in the primary and secondary markets of the country rose from the previous quarter at 4.2% and 2.2% respectively. In comparison with I quarter of last year, the primary housing in the country increased in price by 8,4%, and secondary - on 11,3%, according to a report of the Finnish statistical agency. Recall that in the IV quarter housing prices in Finland have also surged in the quarterly and annual basis.
