In Norway, the increased prices

In I quarter of 2010 cost the Norwegian housing rose by 3,4% on the previous quarter.

More significant of all rose in price detached houses and townhouses - on 3,9% and 3,7% respectively. Geographically, the largest increase in housing values recorded in Trondheim.

In relation to the I quarter of 2009, housing in the country increased in price by 10,8%, according to a report of the statistical agency of Norway.
