Lodging in Malta has increased in price
In I quarter of the price index for residential property of the island rose by 1,2% on the previous quarter.

In comparison with I quarter 2009 this indicator increased by 4,5%, the statistics show the Central Bank of Malta.

Note that in the IV quarter there was a decrease in housing prices in the quarterly and annual basis.
