In I quarter of the cost of residential real estate in the country decreased by 0,2% on the previous quarter. Warsaw remains the leader in rate of decline in prices: housing in the Polish capital has fallen in price by 1% compared with the IV quarter of last year. In most big cities the average cost of residential properties has also decreased, but in some segments of the market experienced a price increase, according to a company report Ober-Haus. In the IV quarter of the rate of quarterly decline in prices were higher and amounted to 0,8%, while in the III quarter - 1,5%. Experts note that improving the mortgage lending leads to a stabilization of prices and increasing interest in the Polish housing from investors.
