Among large cities the largest decrease of this index noted in Bourgas - 8,4%. In some cities saw an increase in prices on the secondary apartment, which amounted to 4%. In January-March, the average cost of the finished housing ranged € 277,5-835,3 sq. m, according to data the National Statistics Institute in Bulgaria. Recall that in the IV quarter of last year Bulgarian apartments in the secondary market, have fallen in price by 1,9%.
