In June, the average cost of housing in 70 large and medium cities in China declined by 0.1% relative to May. This annual growth of prices for residential buildings continues: last month it reached 11,4%. The cost of housing in new buildings on an annualized basis increased by 14,1%, secondary housing - on 7,7%, reports the Shanghai Daily, citing data from the National Bureau of Statistics of China. Recall that in May the annual growth rate was slightly higher than in June - 12,4%. Experts attribute the slowdown of the annual growth in house prices with government measures to "cool" market, which include stricter requirements as to the developers, as well as to buyers of real estate.
