In April, the price index for the Israeli home prices rose by 0,6% on the previous month. It is reported Prian with reference to data of Central Statistical Bureau. It is noted that the data are preliminary. According to previously published information of the same department, in January-March apartments in Israel grew by 2% on the previous three-month period. In the IV quarter of last year the level of inflation was 4%. Note that in general, the cost of housing in the country has stabilized, which is a consequence of government action to curb rising prices. Such was, in particular, expanded tax credits for purchase of housing and the allocation of additional sites under construction.
