In May the average price of apartments in the secondary real estate market of the Azerbaijan capital decreased by 1,2% on the previous month. The largest price declines were registered in Nizami district - 1,3%, informs ABC.az referring to the organization of property market participants. Number of inmates in May of transactions decreased by 0.6% on a monthly basis, and the volume of supply in the market - by 0,8%. Recall that the prices of primary residential real estate in Baku declined during this period by 1,1%.
