In order to solve the problem of vacant commercial properties in Riga, Riga City Council and its partners have initiated a project DUKA, through which tenants will be able to find a suitable option and negotiate with the owners of the premises of a mutually beneficial lease commercial space. According to the Latvian "Business Portal", the project DUKA, landlords and businesses can register their ads on rentals or commercial premises for a fee not to exceed a utility bill. But traders and creative entrepreneurs will be able to find a suitable for the initiation and development of their business premises, despite the difficult economic situation.
