According to representatives of various financial institutions, real estate market in Russia today is one of the most cost-effective and highly profitable areas of investment. The most rapid growth shows the market of cottage villages of Moscow Region. Each year in Moscow there is about 40-50 new suburban housing projects. From 2000 to 2005. market volume increased by 2 times and amounted to more than 300 cottage communities. According to the major development companies, profitability of projects amounts to about 100-150 percent. In 2005, the primary market actively sold nearly 193 cottage communities. Of these, 76% are under construction. At the end, the total supply of cottage settlements amounted to about 2,9 million square meters, or 5.53 billion dollars in monetary terms. Most of the proposals on the primary market of suburban housing accounts for Novorizhskoe highway. Share this direction in the overall structure is 27 percent. To date, the remoteness of the most actively developed area within 30 km from Moscow, which accounts for the bulk of the published in 2005 new projects.
